Introduction

The Sentry Battery is the Frontiersmen static defense power structure created by the Marine Commander. Marines or MACs are required to assemble the unbuilt structure; when built, the Sentry Battery becomes self-sustaining and provides power to 3 Sentry turrets nearby, regardless of Power Node status in the location. Only one Sentry Battery can be built per room.

Recycle

Recycling a structure

Recycle enables the Marine Commander to return a portion of Team Resources by recycling a structure. The recycling process lasts a short duration, after which a maximum of 75% Team Resources used to create the structure is refunded. However, the amount of Team Resources refunded depends on the remaining health of the structure on recycle completion. The higher the structure's health, the more resources are refunded.

Trivia

  • The Sentry Battery is introduced in Beta Build 219 as replacement for the Power Pack.
  • In earlier beta builds, the Power Pack was capable of powering multiple structures, then removed in Build 188 and reintroduced again in Build 205 to power only a single structure nearby.
