Managing & redeeming badges
In-game badges are managed by the Hive statistics system.
To redeem an in-game badge you have earned, follow the steps below.
Step 6: Select ‘Manage Badges’ in the Player menu. This screen allows you to order your badges to determine which ones show up in game. Simply click and drag the badges to move them in the list. The top three badges in the list will show in game. If you wish for a random selection of badges to appear in game every time you play, select the ‘Use Random Order’ checkbox. If you want to use the three badges you defined in the list, leave this option unchecked. When done, select ‘Save Changes.’
Many servers support custom badges via the use of server-side modifications. You can find out whether a badge is official or custom by left-clicking on it in the scoreboard. Official badges will have their own description while custom badges will usually always say "Custom Badge", but there are exceptions to this.
